It's tough, the person you love takes their life, a life that you believe was still worth living, but they didn't agree. Feelings of anger, sadness, and even confusion weigh heavy on your heart and on your mind. You don't understand why this person would take their life and leave you and everyone else who loves them to deal with this pain. But it's not for you to understand, and you have to realize that your pain might not be half as painful as what they were feeling. You can be angry at them for leaving you, but might they have been angry because you and those around them didn't understand what they were going through? Could they have felt like you wouldn't understand what they were feeling? If they had come to you and said, I'm hurting, and I need help. Would you have possibly just said, everything is going to be alright. And if so, how can you expect those who are hurting to stay in a world where nothing seems to be getting better for them? How can you expect them to live through a pain that you don't feel, but they have to live with everyday? Suicide is hard for those that are left behind to cope with. It's ok to be angry and disappointed, and sad, but remember, whatever was hurting that person while they were here in this crazy world can no longer touch them, they are at peace. Doesn't that give you a little peace of mind?

Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard, but always near; still loved, still missed and very dear.
